VICE PRESIDENT OF NORTH AMERICA
ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Vice President of North America to join our team. SUMMARY:
The Vice President of North America is accountable for regional results, and will partner with company leadership to create, direct, and implement the overall region-specific strategies as part of the global whole. He or she works to drive enrollment, support retention, develop leadership, and maintain positive distributor relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute regional strategic, business, and marketing plans.
- Work closely with other regional teams and relevant department heads to increase distributor base, retention, recognition, and improve overall distributor relations.
- Develop top and new field leadership to grow their organizations.
- Travel frequently to various areas within assigned region.
- Accountable for regional profitability, budgeting and sales forecasts, yearly business plan, and other strategic items.
- Direct the organization and execution of meetings, presentations, and electronic communication to increase enrollment and provide distributor training and education.
- Hire, manage, and train regional and corporate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7-9 years' sales and executive experience in the Direct Sales, MLM, or Network Marketing industry required.
- BS/BA degree required; MBA preferred.
- Fluency in business-related English required (verbal, written, comp)
- Proven track record inspiring and motivating others, empowering autonomy, and making hard decisions.
- Comfortable and effective communicator from the boardroom to the field.
- Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communications skills.
- Ability to facilitate feedback, promote cooperation, and identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Adept in analytical, planning, and organizing efforts.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and cost consciousness.
