Performs the following types of duties: Coordinates the creation and updates of process instructions; creates change control documents to improve and salvage batches; supports manufacturing; completes new part setup using company operating systems; provides clear and concise communication to team and cross-functional teams; recommends improvement ideas for existing products and processes.

• Takes a role in coordinating the creation and updates of process instructions.

• Provides support to manufacturing.

• Maintains Master Manufacturing Records.
• Takes part in product improvement projects.
• Implements effective solutions to problems.
• Recommends improvements to existing products and processes.
• Communicates effectively with team and cross-functional teams.
• Recommends raw materials.
• Recommends in-process and finished product specification parameters.
• Places purchase orders for department needs.
• Conducts pilot lab equipment validations.
• Provides support for QA audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of company operating systems (Agile/Oracle).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• 5-6 years of work experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Must be effective at managing multiple tasks.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have the ability and willingness to communicate and work well with others.
