YOUR SCHEDULE


 


This hotel management position works from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on weekdays, with some weekends and on-call to ensure 24-hour coverage.


 


YOUR MISSION


 


As our Dual Property General Hotel Manager, you closely oversee all the happenings of our Hilton Garden Inn and Davis Conference Center properties to deliver top-quality hospitality experiences. You have a direct hand in every aspect of the properties, taking accountability for everything from amenities and guest experiences to staff performance and financial strength. Your ultimate goal is to find harmony between these responsibilities while supporting the happiness of our guests, employees, and stakeholders.


 


Skillfully leading your hospitality team, you direct managers and staff in providing great customer service and maintaining our high-quality accommodations. You make strategic big-scale decisions and implement effective strategies for increasing the efficiency and profitability of both properties. You're always looking for ways to improve, and you develop new processes while applying all Western States values. As a confident and capable leader, your efforts help us meet our financial goals and enhance the economic impact we have on the region!


 


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU



  • 4-year degree

  • 5+ years of general hotel management experience

  • Conference center management experience

  • Food and beverage (F&B) management experience

  • Profit and loss (P&L) management experience
