Objective:

We are seeking an eCommerce Product Manager to join our North American Online Business Unit (OBU). This is a mission-critical role, being the first hire 100% dedicated to the consumer-centric digital foundation and technology we've built and rely upon. The successful candidate will drive product success through feature enhancements, A/B testing, and conversion optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development and Strategy:
    • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of enhancements to our web property to ensure quick time-to-market, execution excellence and rooted in data.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the complete eCommerce product/feature lifecycle, from discovery to end-of-life, ensuring on-going and meaningful innovation and optimization.
  • eCommerce Optimization:
    • Take ownership of continuous optimizations to drive conversions and user satisfaction, including:
      • Site merchandising by customer type and product rank
      • Home page, landing page, and product description page optimization
      • Promotion management on-site
      • Cart and checkout process optimization
      • A/B testing across landing pages and testing criteria
    • Project Management:
      • Lead day-to-day operations on the MACH2 eCommerce platform features and enhancements, including:
        • Wishlists
        • Recommendation Engine
        • Gift Cards
        • Loyalty Program
        • Voice of Consumer (VOC) surveys for continuous feedback and improvement

Required Skills and Experience:

  • College degree in Marketing, Business, e-commerce or related field
  • 6+ years in eCommerce product management, ideally with experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in product lifecycle management, from conception to launch, with a focus on digital and tech platforms.
  • Tech platform knowledge (i.e. integrations) in the following platforms preferred:
    • Optimizely (CMS and Optimization)
    • Klaviyo
    • LoyaltyLion/SiteVibes/Yotpo
  • Proven experience of with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and feature enhancements to improve customer journeys and sales outcomes.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) architecture.
  • Experience working with CRM and customer retention (i.e. Loyalty)
  • Understanding of the Health & Wellness/Supplements market.
