JOB SUMMARY

Nature's Sunshine is looking for an experienced, leading-edge HR Generalist/HRIS to support our team members, stakeholders, and customers in our Lehi, UT and other NSP facilities. The qualified candidate will support and administer HR processes, procedures, HRIS-ADP, HR programs, recruiting, legal compliance, best practices to ensure consistency, team member development, and effectiveness and efficiency of HR practices. Including but not limited to:

  • HRIS-ADP & payroll support
  • Onboarding and Offboarding processes, with an emphasis on an exceptional employee experience
  • Recruiting support, coordination of new hires, promotions, and status changes
  • SharePoint, Organization Charts-Org Plus
  • Administration of termination documentation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collecting and analyzing employee data to generate reports, metrics, and dashboards. Supporting configuration of the system (ADP Workforce Now), troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and software systems. High attention to detail and accuracy to assure system is maintained as a source of truth
  • Build and manage ADP and SharePoint dashboards. Create HR documents and links that will be shared with domestic and global team members
  • Manage organizational charts so they are up to date and shared with leadership.
  • Creating and distributing internal communications, and responding to employee inquiries
  • Manage employee experience lifecycle through efforts in recruiting, onboarding, engagement, training, and offboarding support
  • Creating and distributing internal communications, and responding to employee inquiries
  • Reporting, analyzing, and running compensation analyses
  • Handling employee issues, providing guidance on employee engagement, and monitoring employee morale
  • Implementing new hire orientation, onboarding communications, employment paperwork, background checks, supporting HR leadership in training so new hires are well versed in culture, processes to have a great employee experience
  • Support recruiting process including working with the hiring managers from posting job, background checks and other tasks through the job offer stage. Communicate employer benefit information and benefits during screening process
  • Answer questions and assist team members with all HR related information
  • Assist with Performance Management and Training Strategies
  • Escalate employee, legal and or regulatory issues as necessary
  • Maintain job descriptions in HRIS and other employment updates as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 5+ years' experience or 8 years combination of education and/or HR experience.
