We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Controller to join our team. The Business Controller's role is to ensure accurate financial reporting for the company and to support management in decision making through ad hoc analysis, metrics, and scorecards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with auditors and tax preparers to ensure compliance
• Evaluate and properly account for complex accounting transactions including but not limited to revenue recognition and complex debt/equity transactions
• Lead and mentor finance team
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS

• CPA certification
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, master's degree preferred
• 4-7 years of financial management experience
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Audit and compliance expertise
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial software/tools (Microsoft products and SAP by design)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Extensive accounting and GAAP knowledge
• Great supervisory skills
• Excellent planning and execution capabilities
• Passion and commitment towards the best interest of the company
