JOB SUMMARY

The role involves overseeing the Deployment Project Managers and supporting fielded prototypes and products. This includes ensuring deployments are properly scoped, deliverables are appropriate, and the project is set up for success. Throughout the deployment process, you will ensure external stakeholders are satisfied with the progress. Additionally, you will make sure Deployment Managers have access to the necessary resources to succeed. You will also establish processes and workflows to guarantee successful outcomes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Establishes and maintains deployment processes

· Establishes and maintains product support processes

· Accountable for deployment success

· Supports the creation of project proposals including scope, schedule, and budget.

· Reports project status to the company stakeholders

· Attends external status meetings with the Deployment Project Manager

· Advocates for Project needs with ASI leadership

· Is accountable for all work meeting ASI quality standards

· Is accountable for all onsite activities

· Is accountable for ASI meeting all project commercial obligations.

· Is accountable for budgets associated with the project deployment.

· Works with business unit leadership to align deployment activities with project expectations.


ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS

· Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Over 10 years of experience in deploying large industrial or construction projects. Project management certifications are preferred.

· Demonstrated skills in organization and project management.

· Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear and efficient information dissemination.

· Proven experience in managing, communicating, and reporting to project stakeholders.

· Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks during deployments.

· Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues promptly and efficiently.

· Capability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with automation, robotics, or technology-driven deployments in construction or industrial environments is highly preferred.
