Job Title: Member Consultant I
Location: Sandy Office (8765 South State Street)
Status: Full Time (FT)
Position Purpose
Responsible for providing an OUTSTANDING member phone experience. Responsible for handling calls in a prompt and courteous manner with a focus on providing a solution to member needs. Acts as a liaison between members and other departments to insure quick and easy resolutions to member questions and problems regarding accounts, payments, products, and services. Responsible for resolving credit and debit card issues for members and updating appropriate systems. Acts as a resource for other employees to help them meet member needs and provide an OUTSTANDING member experience. Strengthens the relationship with members by cross-selling additional products and services.
Essential Duties, Skills & Abilities
Experience Required Knowledge and Skills
At least one year of customer service experience.
Six months to one year of financial institution experience.
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
