The Glenwild culinary department is looking for talented individuals! We get to play with the best ingredients and create the majority of what we do in house. The Grill and Saute Cook is one of our most important roles in our culinary team. We will invest in you and cross train you to understand all of our stations, eventually helping to create "specials" and successful new menu items.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
Able to work up to and sometimes more than 40 hours a week especially during peak times throughout the season.
Ability to work any day of the week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays
Ability to physically handle knives, pots, supplies & display items as well as grasp, lift & carry same from shelves & transport to every area of the kitchen/club.
Must be able to stand for long hours at a time.
Must safely use and handle various kitchen machinery including: knives, slicers, food processors, grinders, mixers, & other kitchen related equipment.
Must hold a valid Food Safety/Food Handler's Permit.
