Senior Marketing Project Manager
The Senior Marketing Project Manager at ASEA is responsible for leading and executing high-impact marketing projects that support business growth, increase distributor engagement, and drive alignment across global initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring marketing efforts are delivered on time, on brand, and in step with ASEA's strategic objectives.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, IT, and operations, this position helps bring campaigns, product launches, digital initiatives, and field-facing tools to life. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within a marketing environment and experience in the network marketing or direct sales industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute integrated marketing project plans and timelines that support ASEA's global brand and business goals.
- Collaborate across departments to lead projects from initiation through launch-ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to prioritize projects across the department and align resources to strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain project management tools, templates, and systems to improve team organization, workflow efficiency, and visibility.
- Use Agile methodologies to drive efficient execution, transparency, and adaptability across marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate project intake and prioritization processes to align internal resources and deadlines with business needs.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement proactive solutions to ensure projects stay on track.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on project progress, roadblocks, and outcomes.
- Apply project management best practices while adapting to the needs and pace of a growing global network marketing company.
- Support continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and feedback loops.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on marketing initiatives such as campaigns, content development, digital, or branding.
- Experience in network marketing, direct sales, or consumer products strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Agile planning frameworks and project management tools such as Workfront (preferred), Asana, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with all levels of leadership, presenting project updates, and facilitating alignment across stakeholders.
- Skilled at building strong working relationships and bridging gaps between departments, including collaboration with other departmental project managers to ensure seamless execution across shared initiatives.
- Experience aligning creative, technical, and strategic teams toward shared goals.
