The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing a results-driven social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong background in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and B2B marketing, with expertise in content strategy, social-first video production, and photography. The Social Media Manager will shape the brand's digital presence through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business objectives, drive audience engagement, and accelerate growth.
  • Lead content strategy, ensuring all social content is optimized to support brand goals and deliver value to the target audience.
  • Oversee the creation and production of high-quality, platform-specific video and photo content that enhances brand storytelling.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across key social platforms, ensuring content is tailored to each channel for maximum impact.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, leveraging insights to refine strategy and improve results.
  • Oversee community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering interactive conversations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to integrate social content with broader campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital technologies to keep the brand innovative and competitive.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Proven track record of driving measurable success in social media growth, engagement, and conversion.
  • Deep understanding of content strategy and how social media contributes to business objectives. Strong expertise in DTC, e-commerce, and B2B marketing (agency experience not required).
  • Advanced skills in social video production, photography, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
