Caselle is seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Service team.  The ideal candidate will respond to customer calls and provide outstanding service.  Exceptional customer service skills, reliability, and strong work ethic defines this person. 

  • Experience using financial software a plus.
  • Bookkeeping or light accounting skills desired.
  • Experience working in a city or county helpful.

DUTIES:

  • Provides outstanding assistance to Caselle customers.
  • Provides phone, online, and email support to customers to resolve questions.
  • Works closely with customers to assess needs, resolve questions, and teach customers to more efficiently and effectively use Caselle software.
  • Correctly assesses customer needs through effective questitoning and listening skills to complete calls in a timely and accurate manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge as it pertains to software applications.
  • Ability to deal with customers in a proactive and positive manner which instills confidence and customer satisfaction in Caselle.
  • Outstanding ability to work on multiple customer calls, with impeccable follow-through.
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience is desired.
  • Looking for self-starters, who are hungry to learn.
