Join Our Team as a Title Clerk!

Jerry Seiner Dealerships is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Clerk to join our Consolidated Business Office in Salt Lake City!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process paperwork to ensure vehicles are licensed and titled according to federal and state regulations.
• Deliver professional, timely customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Post and reconcile accounting transactions accurately.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, in an office setting with an adjustable-height (sit-to-stand) desk. Training on dealership computer systems will be provided.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and information.
• Experience in automotive accounting (preferred).
• Capacity to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Self-motivated with strong deadline management skills.
• A strong focus on customer experience.
