✅ Express Technician Experience - Must have prior express tech experience.
✅ Leadership Skills - Experience running a team of 6-8 people effectively.
✅ Proven Performance - Track record of exceeding performance metrics and maintaining reliability & punctuality.
✅ Technical Skills - Ability to mount and balance tires.
✅ Personal Tools - Must have your own tools.
✅ Organizational & Time Management Skills - A must for keeping operations running smoothly.
✅ Clean Work Area - Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
