YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CLIENT SUPPORT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a new Client Support - Customer Service Rep, you are a superhero for overworked HR professionals and hiring managers. You're the first point of contact for most of our clients, answering their calls, responding to their chats, and replying to their emails. When clients call in with a question or glitch, you're quick to pick up the phone and get them straightened out.
Sometimes the issues that come your way can be pretty complex. But that's part of the fun, right? You get to use your creativity and troubleshooting skills to come up with a solution that works best for each client. And if you can't solve the problem on your own, you make sure they get connected with the right person who can help. One of the best things about this role is that you get to make personal connections with our clients. They know that they can count on you to get their questions answered quickly and accurately, and you get to know some pretty cool people in the process.
