DAY-TO-DAY AS AN IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, empowering our new clients with top-notch training on our full-service hiring platform. Get ready to showcase your tech-savvy skills as you set up vibrant career sites for our brand-new clients, creating a dynamic online presence for their hiring needs.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our fantastic account managers to ensure a seamless transition for our clients post-implementation. Join us in making a positive impact on the hiring experience, fostering growth and success for both our clients and our team!

• Previous experience in customer service/sales
• Ability to take and schedule live phone calls during business hours
• Confident in decision making and the ability to explain processes or choices
