WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR RESIDENT MAINTENANCE TECH?
As a Resident Maintenance Tech, your role is comprehensive and pivotal. Each shift you execute preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance for optimal facility functioning. You also prioritize the timely completion of daily work orders to ensure resident satisfaction. Additionally, you safeguard safety and aesthetics including, addressing everything from routine maintenance to urgent tasks like snow removal. Your talent for meticulous room cleaning and maintaining public spaces is evident.
