Account Manager/ControllerAs our Account Manager/Controller, you will provide leadership and hands-on support for all accounting and finance functions within USA operations. They are to strategize, execute, and analyze financial results to support our Key Performance Indicators and company growth goals.What you will be doing:The Accounting Manager / Controller will be expected to manage accounting and finance staff, along with all accounting functions for USA including A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Financial Analysis, Forecasting & Budget. This role will partner with business leaders to regularly analyze financial metrics and provide guidance that supports profitability and growth targets. They will prepare and present timely financial reports and analyses to the Corporate Controller and leadership teams to support decision-making.In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing the configuration and accuracy of the ERP system as well as leading internal & external financial audits and submitting regulatory and tax filings.What we expect from you:Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Having an MBA and/or CPA is encouraged, but not required. They need to have 3-5 years of strong operational accounting background including cost accounting leading teams. (Public accounting experience is a plus). Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP and other relevant standards, along with experience in financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis. They will have a technical aptitude; experience utilizing and supporting configurations of ERPs in the manufacturing industry. (Medical industry a plus). This candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, in addition to strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
