Job Title: ZipTour Foreman

Reports To: ZipTour Manager

Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Full-time, Seasonal positions

Variable shifts 9:00am - 7:00pm, Must be available weekends and holidays

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Summary: Oversee and contribute to ZipTour operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to ZipTour operational and safety protocols.
• Ensure positive and welcoming culture for all ZipTour staff.
• Utilize and promote proper use of PPE.
• Conduct daily and monthly inspections, maintenance checks, and assist in annual safety testing.
• Train and mentor staff on ZipTour procedures and safety measures.
• Coordinate and perform rescue operations
• Monitor weather conditions for guest safety, coordinate and execute mountain evacuations.
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and daily operational procedures.
• Transport guests via ATV for private tours.
• Maintain environmental stewardship and support team motivation.
• Perform winter operations, including de-icing cables and clearing pathways.

Supervisory Duties:

• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR documentation.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one season of ZipTour experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications and two-way radio communication.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet ZipTour ride requirements (height, weight, and health restrictions).

Work Environment:

• Exposure to high elevations, extreme weather, mechanical equipment, and moderate noise levels.
• Requires physical endurance, including standing, climbing, and lifting.
