Job Summary: Plans for future water needs, identifying and constructing new facilities to treat, extract, and deliver water. Performs studies to define future District water demands and evaluate water sources. Consults with District operating departments to define project needs and scope. Administers professional services and construction contracts. Provides technical information and/or guidance to District staff, federal, state and municipal regulatory agencies, engineering consultants, and contractors.
Job Hours/Shifts/Travel: Normal office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional after hours work may be required. Travel required for professional training once or twice a year.
