Join Thermon as a key playing on our warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker where you'll ensure the seamless delivery of products to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for the logistics in ensuring our customers receive their orders according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. This includes loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, inspecting and organizing incoming stock and labeling outgoing parcels.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include

• Collects products and safely transports materials to the shipping bay.
• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Keeps an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Identify missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
• Ensure that all products are safely and securely packed and labelled for shipping.
• Manage all products with appropriate care.
• Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
• Operate equipment as necessary.
