What You'll Do

We are looking for an amazing host/hostess who is ready to join a growing food + drink team within a vibrant new hotel property in Old Town Scottsdale. Someone who takes pride in what they do and really wants to take ownership of the guest experience. If that sounds like you, then come help us create something great!

This position is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing reservation systems & waitlists, and seating guests. They will ensure exceptional guest service and create an inviting bar/restaurant atmosphere.

Greeting & Seating Guests:

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival.
  • Manage the waiting list and provide accurate wait times.
  • Escorting guests to designated area while meeting the guest's preferences.

Reservation Management:

  • Keep track of reservations and ensure that tables are set up accordingly.
  • Communicate with the kitchen staff and servers to manage reservations effectively.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to the guests' needs.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Cleanliness and Organization:

  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.
  • Assist in keeping the restaurant entrance, waiting area, and restrooms tidy.
  • Assisting wait staff by pre-bussing and wiping tables.
  • Prepares and completes set-up and tear down of host area.
  • Meets and greets guests as they arrive and thanks them when they depart.
  • Restocks items as required.
