THE OPPORTUNITY:

Color. It's what we do. With our private dye plant producing over 3.5 million garments in 100+ stock colors annually, we need a skilled Machine Operator to help us bring vibrant designs to life. We're looking for a "Mix Master"-aka Garment Dye Machine Operator - to ensure efficient and accurate dyeing processes. This Night Shift position is crucial in keeping our production flowing smoothly, creating colors that WOW our customers.

SCHEDULE: Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 4pm -2am

PAY RANGE: $20-$25/hr

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS | Lift & Repeat + Follow the Recipe + Create Color

• Operate industrial dye machines handling 400+ garments at a time.
• Retrieve garments from the warehouse and create batches per schedule.
• Load machines and prepare dye solutions to precise specifications.
• Conduct quality checks, adjusting processes as needed.
• Transport garments through the dyeing and drying process.
• Assist teammates and help maintain warehouse stock.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized for efficiency.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and report any issues.

QUALIFICATIONS | Calculating + Following Directions + Self-Motivation

• Strong math skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a small team.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a willingness to take direction.
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
