Project Manager II

As our Project Manager II, you will support ATL by managing multiple projects while focusing on process development, process validation and verification to help ATL provide the highest quality to our clients.

What you will be doing:

The Project Manager II will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. You will be responsible for clear, concise, accurate, and effective communication to all parties within project scope. This includes both internal and external customers. You will need to plan, manage, and execute of assigned projects according to agreed milestones and budgets. You will be responsible for scope management, coordinating team member work, identifying potential risks and managing risk (technical and business).

The Project Manager II is also in charge of developing project schedules. You are responsible for presenting reports that define the project process, problems and most importantly solutions. You are responsible for providing status updates to management of project status, constructively escalating issues when necessary, and revising plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

The Project Manager II ensures the project's objectives and expectations are clearly defined and documented, and well understood between the customer and ATL. You need to ensure deliverables are properly reviewed and ready prior to providing them to the customer and has the prime responsibility to ensure the customer has a continued perception of ATL's excellence in capabilities and products. You will need to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects and establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and company stakeholders. You will also be responsible for holding Engineers and other team members accountable for quality and timeliness of work.

What we expect from you:

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of progressive Program/Project Management experience. They will have experience with risk management, conflict management, project management, scheduling tools, and problem solving. They will have experience working in the medical device industry under ISO13485 and FDA QSR 820. PMP is preferred.
