SCREENPRINT PULLING: TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Under the direction of the Screenprint Supervisor and Machine Operator, this position supports the Machine Operator, by removing and/or replacing printed shirts/garments. Responsible for helping with processing screen print orders through preparing garments, applying inks through use of screen print press, and making quality adjustments as necessary. Help to analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors. Change screens and ink for specific orders with guidance from Machine Operator. Fold and box shirts, count garments, write on work orders and clean used screens as needed.

QUALITY CONTORL: WHERE ATTENTOIN TO DETA IL IS A MUTS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Lead, this position is accountable for monitoring and ensuring quality control for all garments produced. Communicate with team members when garments are imperfect and need to be redone. Fold, tag, box and count garments, record styles and quantities of garments produced and prepare them for high post production or shipping.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Under the direction of the Screenprint Supervisor, this position is responsible for gathering garments and screens for individual orders and 'kitting' them to Screenprint Machine Operators. This position includes unboxes garments that were pulled from Inventory, and verifying screens associated with order, then using Lakeshirts systems to ensure each machine has the appropriate workflow. The Kitter helps determine workflow for machine operators, and is accountable for all rush orders that arise.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor and Lead, this position is responsible for floating positions, as part of the Screen Value Steam process. These include: Screen Stretching, Coating, Burnroom Operator, Sprayout, Washroom. SVS team members provide the first crucial steps in the screenprint process.
