Overview

We're looking for a positive and professional for our Legal Department reporting to the Senior Vice President & General Counsel and dotted line to the Associate General Counsel and Senior Counsel.


The ideal candidate is a great communicator with a strong work ethic who is interested in a meaningful role on a legal department team. In this role, you will be based out of Austin office located at 7171 Southwest Parkway, Building 300, Suite 200. Austin, TX 78735.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Assist in the administration of the day-to-day tasks of the Legal Department.
  • Assist the Company's compliance officers with administering the Company's Dow Jones third party screening platform.
  • Assist the Company's compliance officers with the implementation of the Company's global export control procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of the Legal Department's budgeting process.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of the Company's enterprise risk management process.
  • Manage the Company's compliance training platform, including selection and implementation of training campaigns.
  • Manage the Company's contract lifecycle management contract repository.
  • Assist in the administration of the Company's department SCRUM board for planning purposes.
  • Assist in the administration of the Company's Legal Department invoice process review and management.
  • Under the supervision of counsel, provide administrative support in the filing of required reports under Section 16.
  • Under the supervision of counsel, provide administrative support in the preparation of materials the Company's annual proxy statement filing.
  • Support due diligence activities and help implement corrective action as required.
  • Any other administrative task as assigned by management.



Knowledge and Experience


  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of five to eight years' experience in legal department administration and management.
  • Demonstrate intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft applications (including but not limited to Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint).
