For an innovative subscription model business venture and part of Lumenis' Data and Digital BU, Lumenis is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will drive growth among a selected group of valuable customers by understanding their business needs, customizing their solution, and helping them succeed. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a genuine passion for understanding key drivers of the business success of their customers. The candidate should be a deal closer, proactive problem solver with impressive communication and presentation skills.

As a BDR your daily tasks will involve:

  • Implementing Business and sales development best practices through cold calling, email outreach, voicemails, and leveraging social media, using enablement technology to connect with potential clients.
  • Employing prospecting and research tools to assess accounts and generate opportunities for meetings with target personas.
  • Managing and progressing a prospect funnel.
  • Collaborate with potential customers to understand their business goals, challenges and growth aspirations.  Tailor our services and solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Closing of the deals in line with or exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Collaborating with team members to innovate and enhance the overall sales development process.
  • Educate owners on the benefits of partnering with Lumenis Be.  Provide consultative guidance on how our program, products and services can help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to become an expert in the industries you are supporting.
  • Participating in weekly team training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and development as a Business Development Representative (BDR).

Requirements:

  • Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on multiple responsibilities, making decisions in an agile and resourceful manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
  • Previous experience in sales - a must
  • Experience in medical device sales or customer success - an advantage.
  • Experience and familiarity with how med spas and aesthetic businesses operate - an advantage.
  • Experience working with multinational international business organizations and matrix organizations /experience in the US market is a must
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven experience of technology B2B international markets experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed (mainly in the US)
