Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have an eye for talent, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Sourcing: Utilize various social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to actively source and engage potential candidates.
- Recruiter Phone Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, and fit.
- Coding Assessments: Administer and evaluate coding assessments to gauge technical abilities of candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Strategize with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans for different markets.
- HR Guidance: Provide HR guidance and support to managers throughout the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring experience.
- Conduct Exit interviews and track feedback to implement process improvement
- Implement 30/60/90 day onboarding reviews with new hires
- An expert in benchmarking and compensation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the software or robotics industry.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proven experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through social media and other channels.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills and competencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with coding languages and technical assessment tools.
- Experience in an HR business partner or similar role.
