Turner Industries Group is looking for an Operations Support Analyst II to join our Information Technology team. The Operations Support Analyst II processes incidents and requests for the Information Technology users of the company from start to completion in professional and friendly matter. The employee will utilize a combination of internal and external resources with the function of being the main point of contact for all incidents and requests.

c.) Climatic/Environmental Conditions at Job Site: predominately indoor climate; various noise levels caused by tools, machinery, equipment, etc.; potential exposure to chemical substances; potential exposure to outdoor elements on occasion.
