The HR Business Partner Level III serves as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational change. This role leads HR initiatives independently across multiple departments, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that support ASI's growth and long-term success.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Workforce Planning: Analyze business needs and leverage data-driven insights to implement workforce strategies that address current and future challenges.
- Provide Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, guiding organizational design, employee relations, and talent strategies.
- Drive Change Management: Lead and implement large-scale change initiatives, ensuring adoption and positive impact across teams.
- Enhance Employee Engagement: Design and implement enterprise-wide strategies to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Solve Complex Challenges: Identify patterns and trends through advanced HR data analysis, delivering innovative and scalable solutions to HR challenges.
- Develop HR Talent: Mentor and guide HR team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to leadership teams across departments.
- Lead and execute HR programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Use advanced data analysis to identify trends, predict challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate on strategic organizational design efforts to align teams with business goals.

- Mentor and guide a team of 3–5 HR professionals, supporting their development and success.
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented HR professional with a passion for driving organizational success. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Expertise in organizational design, employee relations, and data-driven decision-making.
- A proven ability to lead HR initiatives and deliver impactful solutions.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
