Your Impact
As a Level II Technical Sourcer at Autonomous Solutions Inc. (ASI), you will contribute to building and scaling our technical teams by identifying and engaging top technical talent. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to source candidates for specialized roles in engineering, robotics, and software development. Leveraging your experience, you will build talent pipelines, ensuring ASI hires exceptional candidates who align with our mission to create cutting-edge autonomous robotics solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage passive and active technical talent for key roles, including robotics engineers and software developers. Use sourcing techniques such as Boolean search and platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to build talent pipelines. Maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with ASI's hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement: Craft and deliver personalized outreach messages to engage technical candidates. Act as a brand ambassador for ASI by promoting the company's vision, values, and innovative projects. Build relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive experience.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open roles. Contribute to sourcing strategies and provide feedback on market trends. Participate in sourcing strategy meetings and updates.
Technical Screening Support: Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates for qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain an understanding of technical skills and tools relevant to roles.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and report key metrics, such as pipeline conversion rates and response rates. Refine sourcing strategies based on data insights and feedback. Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends.
Collaboration and Improvement: Share best practices with peers and contribute to process improvements within the sourcing team.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3–5 years of technical sourcing experience, including sourcing passive candidates for specialized technical roles. Proven success in identifying talent for engineering, software development, or robotics positions.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java) and tools like Git or Jira to assess candidate qualifications. Understanding of robotics or autonomous systems is a plus.
Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing extensions (e.g., Hiretual, SeekOut).
Soft Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in high-growth environments or scaling technical teams.
Certifications in sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Professional).
