What You'll Do:

  • Lead, recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team capable of exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage sales activities, develop strategies, and drive profitability for new and used vehicle sales.
  • Set and achieve sales, revenue, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals.
  • Maintain GMC market share and performance metrics at or above regional benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the GM and marketing team to implement successful campaigns.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold dealership policies and procedures.
  • Oversee lot display and inventory management to meet dealership standards.
  • Conduct deal reviews, coaching sessions, and "save-a-deal" meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ year of vehicle sales experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of new and used vehicle sales and automotive market trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and managerial abilities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • License: Valid driver's license and insurability under dealership policy.
  • Personality: Professional appearance, motivated mindset, and customer-first attitude.

Working Conditions:

This role involves both indoor and outdoor activities, including time on the dealership lot, test drives, and visits to the service and body shop departments. Weekend, evening, and holiday hours may be required.
