Description

Company Overview

Govineer Solutions is a newly formed enterprise that unites the expertise and resources of three leaders in the local government accounting and utility billing software space (Black Mountain Software, Caselle, and Civic Systems). Govineer builds upon the storied legacies of these brands, instantly positioning Govineer as an industry leader, serving over 2,000 clients across more than 40 states.

Our increasingly robust suite of ERP solutions is designed to serve the unique operational needs of local governments all over the U.S. with a national presence and a decades-long reputation for excellence. We've seen firsthand how manual spreadsheets and ineffective software not only block productivity, but negatively impact community relationships.

Our team of almost 200 employees has a specialized view into the inner workings of small and mid-sized local governments-how they manage budgets, revenue and funding in all different districts and regions. Leveraging this experience and understanding, we have spent decades refining our solutions to better serve all the needs that come with those specific tasks and requirements. With endless dedication to being good partners, we seek to make the lives of government workers easier and improve the way they engage with their communities.

Our investors included Peterson Partners, an independent investment firm with $2.5 billion in assets under management across Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Search strategies. www.petersonpartners.com.
