WHAT THIS CONTENT MARKETING ROLE ENTAILS:

Our schedule offers flexibility with two options: a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or a 4.5 workweek.

  • Option 1: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Option 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

As our remote Content Marketing Specialist, you will be heavily involved in writing a wide range of materials, including engaging emails, ad copy, resources, case studies and content that supports our campaigns. You'll play a crucial part in collaborating with the demand generation team and assisting with social media captions, text graphics and various content related to the transition and branding of isolved/ApplicantPro in the talent acquisition space. Your contributions will not only enhance our brand but also drive demand for our talent software and services. Whether you're repurposing eBooks into bite-sized infographics, developing captivating blog content, or measuring the impact of your work, you'll be pivotal in shaping our brand's voice and bringing it to life. From strategizing ways to extend the life of existing content to interviewing customers for compelling case studies, you'll be the creative force behind our storytelling and engagement strategies.

While preference is given to candidates who reside in UT, this remote Content Marketing Specialist position is available for people who live in these states: AK, AR, AZ, GA, ID, NV, NC, TN, TX, UT and WI! Up to 15% of travel is required for this remote role.



WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 3+ years of experience in journalism, copywriting or editorial roles
  • Experience with content and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Experience with AP style guidelines and writing
  • Knowledge of the B2B SaaS space (HCM experience is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Versatile writing skills for various audiences (prospects, customers, brokers, service bureaus) and formats (emails, blogs, bylines, video scripts, eBooks, etc.)
  • Strong communication, writing and grammar skills
  • Great critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to repurpose content effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A friendly team player with a can-do, positive attitude

Editorial experience will be strongly considered! Having a bachelor's degree is recommended but not required to become our Content Marketing Specialist. Equivalent experience is preferred!
