- Lead and mentor direct reports and skip-level team members across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Shape the technical strategy, engineering processes, and team culture to drive project success.
- Ensure the team adheres to the ASI Product Development Process (PDP) and successfully pass all gate reviews.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and manufacturing, to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline, promoting professional growth for engineers at all levels.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of senior engineering leadership experience, including managing multi-disciplinary teams and skip-level reporting.
