JOB SUMMARY

The Scrum Master will oversee and ensure that the development teams are able to organize and follow the scrum and ASI development processes. The Scrum Master will also facilitate sprint reviews, release status meetings, and work with development teams to propose quarterly budgets. The Scrum Master will work closely with internal and external teams.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure development tracking tools are being used correctly and are accurate and up to date to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish and manage quarterly budgets and charge codes in ASI's ERP system (SAP)
  • Manage the organization and structure of Jira and ensure it's accurate
  • Ensure that all work package definition meets minimum requirements
  • Facilitate ASIM External Sprint Review meetings (notes, action items, scheduling)
  • Consolidate content provided by development teams into a single sprint review artifact
  • Facilitate and run Release Status/Alignment Meeting
  • Work with development teams on their quarterly budgets

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering or related field required
  • Proficiency in the administration of JIRA required
  • Ability to communicate effectively to engineers and management
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong presentation skills
