JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to external customers, helping them effectively understand and utilize our technology solutions. You will work directly with clients to ensure they gain the knowledge and skills required to maximize the value of our products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Training Programs:
  • Design, develop, and customize training programs, manuals, and resources that align with the needs of our external customers.
  • Create content that is tailored to different industries and user needs, ensuring clarity and accessibility for non-technical audiences.
  • Regularly update training materials to reflect product updates, new features, or enhancements.
  • Deliver Training:
  • Lead engaging and informative training sessions and webinars for external customers, both virtually and in person.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions or group training, focusing on how customers can use our technology to solve their specific business challenges.
  • Facilitate hands-on exercises and demonstrations to deepen customer understanding.
  • Assess Training Effectiveness:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through customer feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and adjust training methods and materials to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Track and report on customer progress and success stories post-training.
  • Provide Ongoing Support
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers post-training to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide additional guidance as needed.
  • Offer additional follow-up training or refresher courses to ensure customers continue to gain value from the technology.
  • Troubleshoot and address any technical issues that arise during training sessions.
  • Maintain Training Materials:
  • Create and manage a library of training resources, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, for customers to access on-demand.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest product features and best practices.
  • Make sure all content is accessible, including creating materials for a diverse customer base with varying technical expertise.
  • Report Training Progress:
  • Track and report on customer training completion rates, satisfaction levels, and performance improvements.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Communication, Education, or other related field.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical training role or similar position.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials on technical topics such as software, systems, networks, or hardware.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), eLearning platforms, and other digital training tools is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
  • Strong skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with developing complex robotic systems.
