As an RBT, you will be a critical member of our team, serving as the eyes and ears for your BCBA supervisor in understanding what is-and isn't working for the children and families we serve. Your detailed observations and reliable communication are essential to refining treatment plans and ensuring their effectiveness. By building strong, trusting relationships with families, you play a pivotal role in empowering them and creating lasting, impactful change.

RBT Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain certification with KOTM support)

  • 1+ years of experience in a related field (preferred but not required)

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate session records

  • Ability to implement individualized ABA therapy treatment plans with consistency

  • Skilled in building trust and communication with children, families, and the team

  • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times


RBT Schedule and Benefits:
