The Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, strategically aligned creative assets across digital and traditional marketing channels. This role requires expertise in both print and digital design, ensuring brand messaging is delivered with clarity, impact, and engagement. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who understands how design influences audience perception, drives curiosity, and enhances the customer experience from awareness to conversion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Integrated Marketing Design - Develop high-quality creative assets for a variety of platforms, including print collateral, packaging, event materials, digital ads, email campaigns, and social content.
  • Strategic Visual Communication - Translate complex messaging into visually engaging designs that enhance brand perception, build interest, and drive customer action.
  • Brand Storytelling & Campaign Development - Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure all creative assets align with business objectives and deliver a consistent, compelling brand narrative.
  • Traditional & Digital Marketing Support - Design brochures, sales enablement materials, direct mail, trade show graphics, and other traditional marketing tools while also crafting digital assets for web, social, and e-commerce.
  • Customer Journey & Engagement - Create visuals that capture attention, spark curiosity, and encourage engagement across multiple touchpoints, from initial brand discovery to long-term loyalty.
  • Data-Informed Design Decisions - Analyze campaign performance and audience engagement insights to refine creative strategies and optimize messaging effectiveness.
  • Project & Asset Management - Maintain an organized approach to file management, version control, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all creative assets are timely, polished, and on-brand.
  • Trend & Industry Awareness - Stay up to date on emerging design trends, marketing best practices, and consumer behavior to keep creative fresh, relevant, and innovative.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design, with a focus on marketing-driven creative.
  • Experience in developing assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital formats.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with digital content creation, including social media and email marketing assets.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency across various mediums.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and sales teams.
