A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FACILITY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT:
This position works full-time, about 30 hours a week.
You start your morning with a proactive preventive maintenance check, ensuring our facilities are in top-notch condition. As requests come in, you swiftly prioritize and address daily work orders, providing quick solutions with a smile. Engaging with residents, you embody the warmth and hospitality that defines Legacy Village. The safety and security of our grounds and buildings are your priority, and you take pride in maintaining our outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain inviting and well-kept.
