ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule: This is a full-time, in-office human resources position. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the option for remote Fridays after 90 days.
As an HR - Benefits Specialist, you'll work closely with employees to help them navigate their benefits, ensuring they receive the support they need. You'll analyze and process the appropriate employee data, ensuring accurate enrollments and compliance. You'll also explain complex benefits programs like retirement plans and group insurance, helping employees make informed decisions. Throughout the day, you'll verify forms, handle applications, correspond with insurance providers, and resolve claims issues. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities to enhance our benefits programs and present key information to employees.
