ATL Technology is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team and serve as a trusted partner to both leadership and employees. In this role, you'll manage multistate payroll, ensure compliance with employment laws, and lead key HR initiatives that support talent management, employee relations, and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: As our Senior HR Generalist, you'll be the go-to HR partner supporting multiple locations. You'll lead key HR functions, including multistate payroll, employee relations, talent management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal requirements. You'll collaborate closely with site leaders to support workforce planning, policy implementation, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HR strategies that support business goals across multiple sites
- Manage full-cycle HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, benefits, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Oversee and process multistate payroll
- Manage workers' compensation claims with the EHS team
- Partner with site leaders to drive employee engagement, workforce planning, and development
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution with confidentiality and integrity
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance audits across locations
- Provide insights through HR metrics and analytics to improve performance and retention
- Support compensation and benefits program development and administration
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location or manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of employment law and multistate HR compliance
- Proven experience processing and managing multistate payroll
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Proficient in HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
