Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District (JVWCD) is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative professional to join our team as a CMMS Administrator & Asset Analyst. In this key role, you will work under the direction of the Senior Business Data Analyst and the Maintenance Department Manager to manage and optimize our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Your efforts will directly support the District's mission to enhance asset management practices, improve operational efficiency, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

This position is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and updating the CMMS to ensure data accuracy, developing insightful reports, and creating dashboards to monitor asset management performance and O&M activities. You will apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that improve reliability, reduce costs, and optimize operations.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will standardize processes, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and enhance user experiences. Additionally, you will train and assist CMMS end users, maintain accurate asset data and equipment hierarchies, coach operations and maintenance managers, and validate work tracking and data entries in the CMMS.
