Life as an Accounting Clerk:

• Reconcile bank accounts on a daily and periodic basis

• Perform accounts payable entry and processing

• Perform daily postings and other duties as assigned

• Scan and electronically file documents

What we're looking for:

• Accounting-related experience or working towards a degree in accounting

• Excellent interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively and accurately under deadlines

• Must be highly skilled at multitasking and be very organized

• Must work well in team environment and present a professional demeanor

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software, Excel, Office and other desktop applications a plus

What to expect in your first few months:

You will begin by learning about the different properties in our portfolio, inside and out! From there, we'll have you working within our accounting software systems and with our Regional Controllers. Then you'll begin liaising with our property teams. After that, you'll begin owning accounting processes such as bank reconciliations and AP! As your work continues to grow, you'll be a key contributor in the Lodging Dynamics footprint.
